Humanitas Trust operates across 180+ countries and 3,400+ facilities. We are one of the world's largest employers in health infrastructure, research, and operations — and we are growing. Join the organization that maintains what matters most.
Humanitas Trust is not a conventional employer. The work we do — maintaining continuity records, conducting assessments, operating the Array system, advancing the science of human continuity — has a permanence that most careers don't. The infrastructure you help build and sustain will serve enrolled participants for decades. Some of it will outlast the professionals who built it.
We offer careers across clinical practice, research, technology, operations, policy, education, and infrastructure. Whether you are an Array-certified practitioner conducting assessments, an engineer maintaining the systems that process continuity data, or a policy specialist advising governments on Charter compliance — you are part of something that does not stop.
HT employees receive comprehensive benefits including enrollment in the HT Staff Continuity Program, access to the HT Academy for ongoing professional development, and the knowledge that their work contributes directly to population-level outcomes that no other institution is positioned to deliver.
All full-time HT employees are enrolled in the Staff Continuity Program, which provides priority access to annual Array assessments and full continuity record maintenance for the employee and immediate family members.
Employees in eligible roles have access to HT Academy programs, including Array certification pathways, continuity science continuing education, and leadership development curricula — at no cost during active employment.
With operations in 180+ countries and six regional offices, HT offers genuine international mobility for employees at all levels — supported by a dedicated global mobility team and inter-regional transfer framework.
We do not ask you to submit a resume. Your continuity record already tells us more than a resume ever could.
Submit your enrollment ID and indicate interest in a role category. No documents required. Your record is already on file.
Your continuity record is reviewed for baseline markers associated with the role. This process is conducted by our Workforce Analytics Division and requires no action from you.
Qualified candidates are assessed for role compatibility at their next scheduled Continuity Assessment. The extended evaluation adds approximately 40 minutes to your standard session. You will feel nothing beyond ease. We're with you throughout.
Candidates confirmed as compatible receive a placement offer within 30 days of their assessment. Placements are made to your nearest eligible center wherever possible.
Humanitas Trust fills positions from within its enrolled participant pool wherever operationally feasible. If you are an enrolled participant and express interest in a role, your continuity record will be evaluated against current position requirements. No additional preparation is necessary before your assessment. Your metrics speak for themselves.
